Dorothy's adventures in the Land of Oz have been set to music in a dazzling, lively mixture of rock, gospel and soul music. Everybody knows the story, but now it's a new fantasy for today-- mysterious, opulent and fanciful.  
AUDITIONS: Open to young people ages 8 to 18 years of age
Monday, November 27, 6:30pm to 9:30pm
Tuesday, November 28, 6:30pm to 9:30pm
CALLBACKS: Wednesday, November 29, 2005 6:30 pm
Thursday, November 30, 2005 6:30 pm
WHERE: Sunnyvale Community Center Theatre, 550 E. Remmington, Sunnyvale Map
            to SPAC
PREPARATION: Be prepared to sing, dance, and act. Bring sheet music in your key. No tapes will be permitted, as an accompanist will be provided. Please bring a recent photo or one will be taken for you for the fee of $1.00.
REHEARSALS: Sunday through Thursday evenings from 6:30 pm - 9:30 pm, beginning Jnauary 7, 2007.  Please bring a list of conflicts to the audition.
TECH WEEK: February 11 - 15, 2007 No Conflicts!
PERFORMANCES: February 16, 17, 18, 22, 23, 24, 25, 2007
March 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 9, 10, 11, 2007
EXPENSES: Participation Fee: $90 Sunnyvale resident / $100 non-resident / $70 siblings. Participation fee is payable at auditions; refunded if not cast. $10 script fee. Participant is responsbile for providing his or her costumes as directed by the costumer. Costume expenses are not included in the participation fee.
