How To Redeem a Gift Certificate
Finding it
Your gift voucher code is a unique alphanumeric code sent by email when the voucher was purchased. A few things to know as you look for it:
- The email could be from Sunnyvale Community Players, not from the person who gave you the gift. Look for the sender tickets@paplayers.org (or search your inbox for “Sunnyvale Community Players gift voucher”). The purchaser’s name and any personal message appear inside the email, not in the “From” field.
- It may have gone to the purchaser instead of directly to you. When buying, the purchaser chooses whether the voucher email is delivered to them or to you. If they had it sent to themselves, ask them to forward it — the code and any printed voucher will be in that email.

Applying it in a purchase
1. Select Seats then click checkout.
2. Click continue to go to the checkout page.
3. Select your Delivery Method of choice
4. Click “Finalize Tickets” to go to the payment page
5. Fill in Billing Info (must be the same as when you ordered before) and then Accept Terms & Conditions.
