ABOUT OUR SEASON

Sunnyvale Community Players is proud to present five mainstage productions and one summer show in 2026. Each production runs multiple performances and draws 2,000 plus attendees. Sponsorships are available for any of the following shows: Into the Woods, Alice in Wonderland, Rent, Descendants, Mean Girls and High School Musical 2

DIRECTOR — $2,000

Premium recognition throughout the run of your sponsored show.

PRODUCER — $3,500

Benefits Include: • Presenting billing on all production materials: “Presented by [Your Business]” • Full page advertisement in the program of your sponsored show • Logo on show poster, lobby signage, and all promotional materials for the production • Featured logo placement on the SCP homepage with a direct link to your website • Dedicated social media spotlight campaign featuring your business (minimum four posts) • Curtain speech recognition at every single performance of your sponsored show • Twelve complimentary tickets to your sponsored show (any performance) • VIP opening night reception for up to four guests including access to cast and creative team • Dedicated mention in all SCP press releases related to your sponsored show • Tax deductible contribution

ELEMENT SPONSORSHIP — $500 to $1,500

Want to sponsor a specific part of the production? Element sponsorships allow businesses to fund a particular creative element of a show.

Available Elements Include: • Costumes • Set Design and Construction • Lighting • Sound • Props • Royalties and Licensing
