  • I can't make it to any other show. Can I get a refund?
    We do not offer refunds and all sales are final. If you can't exchange your tickets for other show dates. Other options you can do are:
  • Oh no! I can no longer attend the show or I ordered for the wrong date. Can I refund it?
    We do not offer refunds and all sales are final. However, you can easily change your ticket with a $3 exchange fee per transaction (Subject to availability). Season subscription tickets are always free to exchange. AWESOME! How does it work? Email tickets@sunnyvaleplayers.org to request an exchange for a different performance. Tickets may only be exchanged for a different performance day and time for the same production. Exchanging tickets for a different production within the season is not permitted. No exceptions. Exchanges are unavailable after your performance date has passed. Sounds Great! How do I do it? To exchange your tickets please email tickets@sunnyvaleplayers.org and include the following information: 1.) Your full name or email 2.) Order ID (if known) 3.) New date and time of your exchange request 4.) You will receive an email to complete the transaction online When should I tell SCP's Box Office I need to exchange? Exchanges must be requested no later than 48 hours before your scheduled performance day and time, but earlier is always better.

    If you made an account or made a purchase via Audienceview we may have imported your information over. Click "Forgot Password" to be able to reset and create a new password.
  • What are the service fees?
    Service fees are $2 - $3 dollars. Service fees are added online and over the phone. This is to help cover our system fee.
  • What are your Box Office hours?
    Our Box Office is only open an hour before every performance. And will close 2 minutes after curtains open.
