Pricing

We offer the following discount rates on individual ticket purchases. Pricing is discounted per ticket.  

  • 10–15 tickets: 15% off all individual tickets
  • 16–25 tickets: 25% off all individual tickets
  • 25+ tickets: 35% off all individual tickets

Reservations

  • Submission of a Ticket Request Form is not a guarantee of a reservation. An SCP Box Office person will email you in 1-3 days. 

  • A minimum group size of 10 is required to make and maintain a reservation. 

Tickets

  • All group sales are final. Paid tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged.

  • SCP does not provide refunds or exchanges for unused tickets. SCP does not provide refunds or vouchers for anyone absent on the day of performance.

  • Tickets cannot be resold or given to anyone outside of your organization and cannot be resold for profit.

Final Numbers/
Cancellation Deadline

  • You may drop seats from your reservation or cancel altogether until your Final Numbers/Cancellation Deadline, six weeks prior to performance, unless payment has already been made.

  • After the Final Numbers/Cancellation deadline passes, you are responsible for payment for all seats in your reservation.

  • Student tickets may be added at any time as long as seats are still available.

Payment

  • Payment is ideally due four weeks before the performance via credit card or cash in person.*

  • Reservations unpaid upon the deadline may be released at SCP’s discretion and may forfeit any awarded transportation subsidy funds.

  • Refunds will be issued only if SCP cancels a performance. Groups will be notified via email no later than 12 pm on the morning of your performance if it has been canceled.

* We offer mail checks as another payment option only to school groups.
