What are your Box Office hours?
Our online box office hours are:
| Monday – Wednesday | Thursday – Sunday |
| 6 PM – 8 PM | 10 AM – 5 PM |
Show weekend online box office hours:
Thursday – Sunday: 10 am to 12 am.
*Box Office open 30 min before curtain on performance days.
We do not have in-person box office hours at the Sunnyvale Theatre

What is your ticketing provider
Our ticketing is powered by VBO Tickets, a secure platform that uses SSL encryption, PCI-DSS compliance, and SOC 2 Type II protocols to protect customer data and payments.
All online transactions are processed through VBO. Sunnyvale Community Players does not see or store payment information.
What payments do you support?
We accept Google Pay, Apple Pay, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
We use Stripe as our payment gateway.
A show sold out, Can I still come?
If a show has sold out you can add your name to the waitlist (in person only). If seats open up you will receive an email and text message to come to purchase at the box office.
How can I donate my tickets if I can’t attend a performance?
Donate your tickets by using the contact form below up to one hour before the performance. The total ticket value is tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
